Saddle Creek is a great subdivision located in the City of Roswell. Established in the late 70s and early 80s there are over 500 homes in the subdivision. Homes range in price from $240,000 to $400,000. The lots sizes average 1/3 to 1/2 acre, but there are some homes on a little more than one acre lots. There is an active homeowners association. Complete with 2 neighborhood clubhouses, a large neighborhood pool (home of the Saddle Creek Dolphins), neighborhood playground, streetlights, and both lighted and unlighted tennis courts; Saddle Creek is a fabulous community for you and your family.

The location of Saddle Creek is just north of Hembree Rd between Crabapple Rd and Houze Rd. This puts Saddle Creek in the Roswell High School District, the Elkins Pointe Middle School district and the Hembree Springs Elementary School district. Roswell is known throughout the state for its outstanding schools and curriculum.
