Henderson Village is nestled right inside the Alpharetta city limits, just minutes from everything from parks, restaurants and shopping. Established in 1982, The Henderson Village neighborhood consists of over 500 homes and is a mixed community with condos, single family and cluster homes including swim, tennis and clubhouse amenities.
Henderson Village is a master association made up of seven small neighborhoods. Henderson Village is a mandatory homeowners association community with annual assessments, perpetual covenants and architectural standards. The Henderson Village association consists of a master board and three sub boards responsible in keeping our neighborhood positive.
Henderson Village school cluster consists of Manning Oaks Elementary, Hopewell Middle School and Alpharetta High School. Henderson Village public schools consistently win awards and recognition for the high quality of education they provide: the high school was named among the top 13 in the state of Georgia, and our elementary school was recently named a state School of Excellence. The Fulton School System was also recently rated "One of the Top 100 School Districts in Places You Can Afford" by Money Magazine.
Conveniently located between GA 400 and Hwy 9, the Henderson Village community is within minutes to various business and retail establishments, as well as countless great restaurants.
